Do You "Live Your Truth"?

"When we do our best to live our truth and express ourselves as authentically as possible, sharing ourselves as we are genuinely moved to, we naturally give our gifts to others and the world."

Shakti Gawain in Creating True Prosperity

Yesterday I got one of the nicest compliments from Marisa, a lovely esthetician and person, who contacted me for a free initial consultation. After we discussed her business and marketing concerns and goals, I asked her where she heard about me. She told me she did a Google search for marketing ideas and stumbled upon one of my blogs - either this one or my Free Marketing Tips blog  - and decided to contact me because of the "light" I shared and my obvious intention to help others succeed. It was one of the nicest compliments I've gotten in a long time and truly brought tears to my eyes.

Why?

Because she let me know that what I give from my heart here in this blog and in my business overall spoke to her. That the ways I share my deep passion for helping others in the massage/spa/wellness world succeed by sharing their gifts and passions with the world was clear and meaningful. That she knew I was coming from the heart.

In a time when there is so much chaos going around, being "seen" for who you are in your heart authentically is so powerful. But in order to be seen authentically, you have to first live authentically. And today, without a "to do" list of ways to do this, I just want to urge you to be authentically who you are - both personally and professionally - and know that people will appreciate you for it.

One step I will suggest...listen to your heart in all you do. Then take action from the deepest place of peace, love and gratitude possible. Namaste.

And Thank You, Marisa!!
