Sometimes the answer to our problems in life and business seem so far out of reach. We look for solutions from our employees, mentors, managers, experts, consultants and endless other resources. And we often tie ourselves up in "analysis paralysis" trying to figure out all the whys and hows of the issue when sometimes we just need to look for the most simple way to handle things.
