Check out MassageSonics - Great Music for Massage Therapists, Spas and Pure Relaxation

As many of you know I am a fan of social media and the Internet in general when it comes to promoting myself and/or my clients. As a result of my ongoing endeavors to spread the word about Spalutions and learn more about what others are doing, I stumbled across this awesome music for massage therapists at Massage Sonics.com. Not only do I love their music (take a listen to the samples on their site) but I am also now one of their guest bloggers. How cool is that?!

My first column there is an expansion on something I wrote here long ago so you may recognize it. It is all about fear...

Years ago, one of my massage clients who is an artist made a casual comment in passing about fear. She mentioned that all of her drawings and sculptures were about the various fears she had faced (and perhaps still did.) She elaborated by saying "If you don't face your fears, you'll dance around them all your life."

That comment really struck me, especially since the day before a friend had invited me to go skydiving - and I had said no. I was extremely afraid of doing it. But my client's comment made me realize that I "had" to do it - had to jump out of a perfectly good airplane for no good reason. So I called my friend back and agreed to go....

Read the rest by visiting MassageSonics.com and clicking on Massage News & Tips.  You can also keep up with them on Twitter which is where I found them at http://twitter.com/massagesonics. Enjoy!
