Headed to the IECSC in Vegas this weekend? Me too!

The International Esthetics, Cosmetics & Spa Conference is this weekend is Las Vegas.  Although I am not speaking at this conference, I will be helping my colleague, Monte Zwang of Wellness Capital Management in his class Financial Planning in 2009; 1/3 Planning, 1/3 Planning for Change, 1/3 Planning to React on Sunday, June 14th from 2:15 TO 3:15. Here are the class details:

Riding a roller coaster is where we find ourselves today. The economy changes daily and if we don't plan, we'll find ourselves in an uncomfortable place. Cash management and cost control can't be ignored in this unforgiving economy. What can we do?
  • Embrace uncertainty
  • Renegotiate costs
  • Plan to implement change
This reality based workshop will address what can be done to deal with evolving events. Learn practical tools and actions used to move your business forward. Managing in a turbulent economy requires a plan. We'll help you put yours into action. You bought the ticket. Enjoy the ride.

Even if you can't make it to his class, please feel free to join me, Monte and a couple of our fellow consultants for a little fun!
Please join us for an IECSC After-Party! Meet and greet other spa professionals on Saturday, June 13th from 7:30 to 9:30pm for a casual, drop-by evening of fun and relaxation after the show.
