Early last week commercials began running for my CD, Just Breathe: Guided Meditations for Inner Peace on several national networks including Fit TV, HGTV, and Discovery Health. That is a really exciting development in my career and I thought about as cool as it could get. But now my CD commercial has gone global through Facebook, YouTube and now this blog.

Who could imagine that videos and other media could reach the whole world through these different applications? Not me. And now I can say proudly that I have participated in the next wave of technology and social media!

So now I am going to share that same video with you (I hope) here on my blog. This is another first for me but hopefully one that will take me into bigger and better things with my teaching as well as my spa.
