Top of mind awareness (TOMA for short) is something that all businesses want and need to have. With all of the different ads and images consumers are subjected to each day, it is easy to get lost in the shuffle. That being said, one technique I have used to stay in the minds of my clients and prospects is the use of e-marketing.

The first product I recommend for your own e-marketing is Constant Contact. This company provides a wide array of templates and services to make online newsletters, announcements, surveys and other communications incredibly easy and attractive. Email Marketing Gets Results

The other e-marketing product that has totally changed the way I communicate with my clients is what is called an auto-responder. What it bascially does is respond and market to clients who have signed up for a special offer or made a purchase from you. The auto-responder is set-up by you or someone in your business to send out friendly notes about past purchases, related products or other offers you want to share with your list. Using an auto-responder takes the work out of follow-up. It also keeps you in the mind of your clients much more easily and regularly than you can one email at a time.

One service I use is called Marketing Makeover Generator. It actually helps you to create a single web page for each offer, class, event or sale you want to promote and then allows you to program up to a year's worth of follow up emails. It has worked really well for me in promoting my FREE e-course on Getting Clients to Rebook as well as the free teleseminars I began offering in January. The other autoresponder that I am familiar with and am setting up to use on future projects is Easy Web Automation.
